Once LeaseTrack is configured, no additional steps are required to trigger compliance at renewal.
Certain cities/states have laws that state you cannot up-charge the master policy because that is considered selling insurance. If you are in one of these cities or states and are interested in a Master Policy, we advise not adding an additional amount to the base master policy charge and advise your attorney. Alternatively, consider only enrolling in the tracking only program.

No, additional living expesnes (loss of use) is not included in the LeaseTrack master policy.
No, the master policy will cover all residents up to the policy limits. However, the coverage limits for the policy apply to all residents as a whole and not individually.
